Hi Pherim, thanks for the fixes it came handy! Would you allow me to make a mod update with you files? I'm not so much into Morrowind modding anymore but it would be great to make a final version of it...
I am going to just copy/paste what user Gloupifloup noticed. "The meshes ex_nord_door_01.nif, ex_nord_door_02.nif, ex_common_door_01.nif, ex_common_door_balcony.nif are'nt in the good folder. They must be in the folder Data Files\meshes\d".

The STEP Wiki has me installing this mod but not Imperial Housing Retextured V2. Instead, it has me install Imperial Houses and Forts Retexture - Ordo Arkitektora. I wonder if that will work.
The vanilla-friendly textures have the best exterior, nice and gritty. Tyddy have the best interiors with really nice wood textures. It gives the best result from both a purist and artist perspective IMO.
First of all, this is a very good mod by itself, but with Pherim's fixes it becomes even better. Thank you very much, it really feels like an upgrade from original by AnOldFriend.
A little tip: If you don't use Morrowind Overhaul - Sounds & Graphics (dat mysterious MOSG) pack, and have only windows glow 2.2 by Max and its expansion by Abot installed, don't touch the folder "MOSG patch/meshes/x", or your game will crash.
I have been using this mod for more than a year now and I like it very much, however, the bump mapping is very pixilated due to the filter mode in the NiTextureProperties being set to FILTER_NEAREST_MIPNEAREST, which is the standard mode when adding bump maps, instead of FILTER_TRILERP, which looks a lot nicer. I just took the time to change the filter mode to FILTER_TRILERP on all bump mapped textures and in all meshes, and it just looks so much better now. I hope this mod will be updated some day with the correct settings. Unfortunately, this is still somewhat of an insider tip which not everybody who makes bump map mods for Morrowind knows.
That was actually incredibly helpful. I always thought the pixelated bump maps were standard and had to do with how Morrowind renders them, but apparently I was wrong. Thank you for that!
So I used the NMM download for this and well the game crashes with this pop up (Model "Meshes\x\Ex_common_window_01.NIF" tex not found "textures\kn_windows\normals\tx_window_diamond_01_nrm.dds"!)And this is with all required mods installed from the first page.
With going through and eliminating mods one by one. I have worked it down to this mod, so my next step is to down load the old way and repack it then add it from file using the NMM, will let you know if it works.
'Scuse me, I didn't see the "Reply" button, so... Do you have MOSG/Kn_windows/Window Glow installed ? If they're not installed but you install the compatibility patch included, it's normal to see this messages.
If they're installed, it must be an error with the NMM, I didn't made my package to work with it (so, maybe I should disable the download with NMM )

Thanks !

And of course you can use them in an update, if you are still interested.
