When I start Morrowind with this mod, TR, and the Seyda Neen Dock mod on, there's an error saying that it can't find the correct version of a mod this one depends on.
I think that's because this mod was created with an earlier version of TR. That message means that the version of one of the plugin's masters (ESMs) you're using is different to the version used to create the mod.
You can fix it with Wrye Mash: The mod will have a yellow checkbox, select it and then look for the Save button in the bottom right. Click that and the mod file will be updated and the error removed.
Whilst the error is harmless and won't affect your gaming I'd recommend fixing it as it becomes a bit of a pain to click through those message boxes each time you load the game, then there's the temptation of clicking Yes To All and missing more important and game breaking error messages.
[Edit: Oh, v2.0 is for the August 2014 release of TR. Are you using that?
If you are using 2.0 then it could be another mod in your load list was created with a different version of Morrowind. Principle above applies: look for mods in Wrye Mash with a Yellow checkbox]
The TR_FilePatcher.jar tool included with Tamriel Data 3.0+ can also fix it. MacOS and Linux: This Java tool appears at first to be missing the necessary controls, but it's just a too-small window size; if you make its window larger, the patcher can be used and it does work (on many but not all old TR mods - some depend on resources completely changed in newer versions of TR). It DOES work on this one. I've been successfully using this travel mod with OpenMW 0.42 and 0.43 with Tamriel Rebuilt 16.12 for some time now. Going to try it with TR 17.09 shortly.
I was hoping this was a simple TR travel mod. When I saw that the "small dock added to seyda neen" mod was a requirement, I asked myself...Why? Couldn't you have placed the dock yourself? There's probably a pretty good chance that a lot of other people might wonder the same thing. Not trying to knock the time spent on this. Just giving some constructive criticism.
Well actually, there is the dock mod and the fix for the NPC. Then there is the travel mod, update 1 and update 2. 5 mods for a simple travel...umm, sorry dude major overill.
