Use the installer. NMM doesn't handle installers anyway. If a mod comes with an installer, always use that unless specifically stated otherwise. Dragon32 also stated that NMM was/is known to have 'problems' with Morrowind mods, which is entirely false. It's modders who have problems with the folder structure NMM needs to install a mod properly.
Generally I'd say to be careful using NMM with Morrowind. It was designed primarily for Skyrim and there's been talk of people having problems with NMM and Oblivion.
A lot of Morrowind mods just aren't packaged correctly for NMM.
This specific one I'm not sure about but I'd recommend the installer.
Ok Tronv first....it's an exe because I got sick of people asking me where to put the stuff lol - If you don't like the installer and want to do it by hand just install it to your desktop and move them where you want them!
@Mtwoodroof
It was your mod that gave me the idea to make them mate. I actually PM'd you a while back offering to work with you on it but I guess you didn't notice
I'm just making the lumber mill as I type now. Any good to you?
Shall be uploading the water mill shortly, just making sure it all fits together etc and giving Trancemaster a go at doing a better job at texturing than I do lol
