   A nice simple starter house, tho you may want to clean up the "Evil GMSTS" from the ESP using a tool like TES Advanced Mod Editor.

   I had to adjust the ownership of the containers upstairs (were owned by Draylene Thelas, apparently) in the Construction Set. Other than that, great mod!

   I like this house and its flavor for early game, but...
   
   The mod isn't cleaned, and sometimes I have had trouble removing all the GMSTs. Like right now.
   
   The issue is that the Bloodmoon summons and the Fabricant summon from Barilzar's Mazed Band don't work. I also tried to clean it and when I tried to get rid of any dirty references just to be safe, somehow I can no longer remove the GMSTs and get my summopns working again. So, beware until this is fixed.

   Conflicts with Seyda Neen House. The houses use the same cell/object space(??) what makes them clash. (I'm not sure if my description made any sense.)

       Yes, I just restarted MW from vanilla Steam, Installed MGSO 3.0 and then this mod. Which is a perfect lvl 1 house.
