I'm in my second play-through with your Caldera Manor mod. I am missing something ... How to purchase it. :steamsad: I cannot figure out how to get the Estate Agent to sell the manor to my PC. All he will do with which I may interact is mention "gossip" and "stories". My PC has talked to every NPC in Caldera about Caldera Manor and its Estate Agent. I've tried the door, but that won't work either without the key. What is the trick ?
BTW, even without the manor, I like how you've improved the atmosphere of Caldera, especially the birds and trees. The day-time only workers are good too.
Ha! Hi Mate. Not really lurking just been busy rebuilding a real house lol so figured I would come back and do some models for MW and Skyrim while the weathers bad

Most interesting asthetc addition is the sound. Caldera sounds better rather than looks better. Just thought I would pop that in.
