A new house in Caldera you have to buy and improve the decor. Also improved Caldera and added lots of stuff - Please read the long desc.

My wife plays Morrowind constantly. And constantly complains about her stronghold...and...mark and recall.
So, I decided to make her a house with plenty of storage and a ring then can travel back to it. As mods go, I decided to make it more interesting.
The house is in Caldera and most of the internal decoration can be purchased from various merchants there.
The house itself must also be purchased and there is an option to hire an Enchanter to live upstairs (he has 25k gold)
Brief list of additions/ home improvements
A security training chest (it checks players security level and locks the chest appropriately) can be bought from Sugar Lips in Balmora.
The alchemy lab can be bought in the mages guild in Caldera.
Master bedroom, kitchenette (all models from my kitchen set), small/ large storage space can be purchased from the estate agent
The cellar can be cleaned up and refitted (see shenk)
Tapestries are available from Verik Gemain
Puuurrrsian rugs are bought from the Kajiit caravaners
And wallpaper can be obtained from Falaamo
The dinning room is given to you by completing a simple quest as is the anex for the enchanters room
I also decided to give Caldera a slight face lift and put several new ambient sounds there (birds during the day, blacksmith working, bats and crickets at night etc - all high quality)
I also included a small Kajiit caravan like those in Skyrim just outside the north gates and a bit of a market place and a book shop. (The merchants leave at midnight and return in the morning/ lights around the place work the same way)
Everyone in Caldera has new dialogue so you can ask around about the house. If you haven't bought it yet they will even give you directions.
All the new meshes and retextures are made by me so no need to credit anyone but erm...me!
Requirements: Bloodmoon, Tribunal
Installation: Copy the unzipped folder (Data Files) directly into your Morrowind folder and select overwrite.
Suggestions: BetterBodies, Better Clothes, A texture enhancer
