Cleaned twice with TESAME.
This mod adds a potion to the game that will increase your magicka to a more suitable level- permenantly. It uses the FORTIFY MAX.
MAGICKA effect, which means that even if you have INTELLIGENCE 100, you will still experience a magicka increase.
To start this quest, talk to any member of the Mages' Guild in one of the guildhalls (Any works)
The location of the potion is included in a picture in the files.

This mod may be adequetely difficult for those of low levels. This is intended, as
only the worthy should be able to obtain the potion. There are only 2 creatures though, so it
isn't too difficult.

How to download- Manually, please, do us all a favor. Open your morrowind directory (Click on the shortcut, hit
"open files" or "view files" or whatever) and copy and paste this into the morrowind directory, merging and replacing when
prompted. Then, go to our friend Morrowind and open it. Click "data files" and double click the little box next to my mod.
DONE!
If you don't know how to unzip the file, however, just look up how online. The program 7zip works nicely.
