While this truly is a beautiful expansion to Ald'ruhn, I'd hoped that v.2 would contain a more lore-friendly optional plugin as suggested by wakywakyme (i.e. no barnyard animals.) Nevertheless, kudos to you, Crankgorilla, for your wonderful work! However, I won't be keeping this mod in my load order... I'm afraid the sound of cattle, pigs, chickens and goats in Morrowind is just too immersion-breaking for me. Sorry.
I love this mod, I feel like the animals should be in near every town, and it gives Ald-Ruhn more of a "center of commerce" feel. Cities in times like these were littered with animals and animal food. Beautifully executed.
This mod is going on my list of Mods Needed for Morrowind.

Just one question, what does that damn parrot eat? lol
I've also thought, (not that my opinion is too important, since I'm not a modder and have no skill in that section), but what if the pigs cows and chickens were changed into some sort of new Morrowind "barnyard" animal? Like something akin to guars and alits? If you're interested, maybe I can draw up several possible ideas for domesticated Morrowind barn animals? As I am a HUGE fan of this mod and the idea it represents and will do everything in my limited power to get everyone to know about this Mod and a HUGE fan of Morrowind in all its capacities.
Apart from some of the items in the stores needing a price re-balance (I got some pretty powerful stuff cheaper than some other slightly less powerful items that were more expensive) This is overall a good mod and have very few conflicts with anything I've come across.
I have to add a comment as I only recently visited Crankgorilla's Ald-ruhn and I love it. It is detailed, beautiful and full of things to discover.
I'd recommend running this together with Cait's critters that adds domesticated animals to a few places in MW so you won't be surprised to find pigs and cows in Ald-ruhn and maybe necessities of Morrowind so you're not suprised to find corn and other food items in Ald-ruhn.
Hi! This is the best Ald-ruhn improvement ever! I just wanted to say that I like the earlier version better even when the fps goes down to 12. I disable the Statue at the entrance and right then the fps went to 22. Thanks and congratulations on such wonderful mod.
The new version is fantastic! I like the darker, tighter look of this edition. But I also like the balloon. No more hoofing it to Buckmoth for me. Thanks for making Ald-ruhn a place worth visiting.
Any chance of a NOM compatibility patch for the new food items?
Is there a more lore friendly version? Like no farm animals, no gold Barney statue? I like the activity and atmosphere it creates, I hope you make an optional plug in
A new version will be out next month. Since I wrote it here, I can't get out of it and go play Borderlands or that Facebook game that steals way too much of my time.
The next mod is scaled back and the farming gone. Everything has been reeled in and tuned, tightened up. Many new features and new locations with the old ones tied up neatly (filled with lava). Much more subtle exterior pieces. Made room for Abots Guar's.
With mods like these it is always good to try different builds. I'd like to see more mods for Ald-ruhn because someone with deep knowledge of the lore could do Ald-ruhn that justice and fill that niche audience. I see it as divergent time lines. Seyda is one which has many different breakoffs and I like that. Options for different game builds.

Anyhow, great job.
One thing annoys me as hell, those farm animals , somehow they dont fit into this area
I appreciate your effort though
