Yes. The first plugin reduces his health, magicka and stamina by 100 with each dead Ash Vampire, ending with just 300 in those stats like in vanilla (except stamina, which is 500 in vanilla). The Tougher plugin reduces health and magicka by only 50 per Ash Vampire, ending with 650 health, 650 magicka and 300 stamina.

I'm afraid it makes Dagoth Ur too weak. Any comments on that?
Mod: Dagoth Ur has 1000 health, magicka and stamina unless you start killing Ash Vampires.
EDIT: So in that second variant he has more than 300 hp but still less than 1000 hp to be correct, right?
