HOLY CRAP! PAPER BOMBS! I can't believe that no one else has posted about this mod!
I just finished a complete test and it was very good. I tested all the weapons and they seemed to work fine.
Overall, the mod is pretty balanced, with the exception of the Paper Bombs. The location is very easy to find. But the Paper Bombs should be considered a Cheat because of how much damage they do, how little they cost, and the fact that you can pretty much kill anyone you want without being blamed. No crime, no bounty.
I went around placing Paper Bombs at the feet of different PCs. I killed everyone in the Council Club with just 1 Ice Paper Bomb. I did the same thing in Arrille's Tradehouse and then the Census Building. Again, never a crime or bounty.
There were a few immersion breaking issues, but nothing that broke game play. The Back-Scroll turns the PC torso completely invisible in the 3rd person view. The Xigante Xogando has 1 of the 4 points sticking straight through the PC arm in 3rd person and over the shoulder view. It looks painful. And I used a Senk-O on Sellus Gravius and he turned almost completely invisible. I then used one on myself and I was 90% blind.
I like this mod and I will definitely keep it in my load order. I just don't know if I can keep from using the Paper Bombs!
