i cannot get any of mels mods to work, i made sure to follow the readmes for each, i.e. using only one skin option etc and it just doesnt appear in game. they are enabled in the launcher as well
Please DO NOT set ESP with CAPITAL LETTERS, Morrowind Mod Manager do not recognize mods with extensions .ESP, only xxxx.esp With over 120 mods installed it is hard to identify the problem, even so this .ESP extension DO NOT HELP either. When you have errors and you know for SURE it shouldn't happen then check if MODS you have installed are not showing in your load order and then check the extensions which usually new versions of Windows hides and complicates even more this problem. To show your extensions RIGHT MOUSE button click on Windows START button (in WIN8Eight, select Control Panel-> view by: Large(or small) icons-> Folder Options-> select VIEW tab-> untick "Hide extensions for known files types" click APPLY button and you are set: the extensions will now show. Replace ALL xxx.ESP with xxx.esp in your "Data Files" directory. Yeah, amazing, this time IT MATTERS how you write, it is case sensitive. Thanks for understanding.
Banned, but gonna reply anyway, because this is simply NOT TRUE when using Nexus Mod Manager. Doesn't matter if the extension is written in lower case or caps. ESP or esp, the game doesn't care, nor does NMM and any other mod manager shouldn't care either.
Hello, if I add this mod along with the Races Redone mod (https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/44701/) the neck texture disappears when one of these faces is chosen. I've looked around for what is causing the problem but I haven't been able to find anything specific between these two mods. Does anyone know why this would be happening?
Did you try to make multipatch / clean the mods, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dlea3Ozrtaw . It is known that two mods that edit same models will not work together but you can try
That's a really great idea! I didn't see this until just now. Unfortunately I don't have the original files and stuff anymore. It was a couple PCs ago. I guess I could re-acquire Morrowind, the Construction Set, and all the downloadable files. It's hard to find a minute lately.
