This has no effect, unsure as to why. I clicked yes when equipping the ring(which I had to cheat in as it was no where in balmora searched the entire city inside and out). Though given how old this is I am not surprised though I could also be missing something that helps it work.
Your mod is cool? Don't you think is cool? It can work with Vampire Embrace, Vampiric Hunger and Vampire Birthsigns. It will allow you to talk to people and give you quest important in your journal. You have to add your picture for your ring of the daywalker.
