Just a heads up... All of the included textures can be re-saved as DXT1 rather than A8R8G8B8 and you won't be able to tell the difference in-game.
The difference between A8R8G8B8 and DXT1 is the difference between 5,462 kb and 683 kb. (Even in a graphics editor, I can't tell the difference with 600% magnification and comparing pixel to pixel.)
For you, this means less VRAM usage and more GPU processing power is available for other visual enhancements.
I'm very interested in this, myself. I started the download and wondered why it was taking so long compared to most single-npc texture/mesh replacers. How would I go about doing this?
This is what Mr.Ur should have looked like to begin with!! Kudo's to ya good sir for making this excellent mod! I love the skirt he has on too. Any chance is that he drops that when you defeat him the first time?
