Doesn't matter if tescd is in mw root, it's own folder or in my mo2 install directory this thing never finds my active mo2 mods. If I pick Files->Choose Plugins. It always defaults to Documents.
You've probably solved it by now, but add the included .exe as a program in MO2 like you would with MGE, MCP, etc and then run it through MO2. From there, go to File and select Choose Active Plugins. This will load the plugins you have enabled in MO2. You can then check for conflicts as normal.
Was the download file recently removed? I briefly read the description so I'm not quite sure if you added anything at the end about using another type of software.
