I remember my first playthru, years and years ago, that I was constantly looking for and not finding trainers. Would have loved this back then.
Oddly enough this playthru, with the load order I'm running, I have rarely had to use a trainer. I think it has mostly to do with Faction Living Quarters (https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/40702) which places a training dummy in the Balmora fighters guild to help level weapon skills and by creating my skill leveling spells early on.
Still a fantastic mod that works great and won't ever leave my load order. Endorsed.
I have no problem with having to find the trainers to learn what they can train and I agree that an improvement would be to have a random option of trainers either knowing nothing of additional higher level trainers to knowing who they are, where they are, and up to what level they can train. I think that would be realistic. Most trainers wouldn't have complete and perfect knowledge.
I do have one odd error that occurs. I have the AOE fix loading after the main mod. But when I load the game, I get three warnings involving Aradraen. Then, every trainer I talk to shows the three skills that relate to Aradraen. So every trainer has 6 skills listed, including the 3 for Aradraen.
This isn't a big deal since you don't have to click on those topics. Overall, I like the mod and I endorsed it.
Thanks!
Edit: Curious thing, after many saves, starting new games, adding a few mods, and changing the mod load order, I suddenly noticed that the Aradraen skills stopped showing up in every NPC's dialogue topics. Not sure why since I had the fix in the right order from the start. Anyway, it resolved itself, similar to a few other odd anomalies I have noticed with some mods. Thanks!
So let me get this straight you need to find them first ask them about their skill, but when they tough you everything they can, they have no idea who the next level trainer may be? Not even remotely? For example I am specializing my self in certain field in real life and even I know where I can get the next level training. Seriously? This was SUCH a great Idea. Endorsed, little disappointing though cause now I need to go get a book with directions to the next level trainer.
Kathartic: yes, it will work with both new and saved games, though it's not retroactive for trainers you've already spoken to - you will need to talk to them with the mod installed.
Important - In order for the training topics to appear in conversations, you must first speak with either Socucius Ergalla in the Seyda Neen Census and Excise office (topic: Morrowind) OR Caius Cosades in Balmora (topic: Blades Trainers).
Great Idea, can't wait to try it out. This is one of those things that makes me like the realism of Morrowind far more than Oblivion, no magic maps, or waypoints. Just a journal, your reading and comprehension skills, and your ability to follow directions. Honestly I think it brings a far more rewarding experience to the game.

Cleaning stats for "Trainer Log.esp":
Evil-GMST Bloodmoon: 61
Evil-GMST Tribunal: 11
duplicate object instance: 1
redundant CELL.AMBI: 1
redundant CELL.WHGT: 1
(Cleaned with tes3cmd)
Of course, that's a risk we take with any mod, even clean ones.
I use tes3cmd to clean my mods. One may read up on cleaning mods here.

Thanks Aryenos, I hope you like it!
Whichever way I look forwards to trying it at the weekend and thank you
