   Im pretty positive this just doesnt work if it ever did i do not know, however ive tried everything to try to get this mod to work but nothing works either it needs a serious update or its just abandoned as a mod?
   
   For Anyone curious no it doesnt work as far as i can tell, thats not to say i might have made a mistake but i kinda doubt it.

   do I have to unpack with the bsa unpacker to use this mod ?

      Yes, extract each model listed in the mod's README file from your Morrowind.bsa and Bloodmoon.bsa archives in to your Morrowind's Data Files folder.
