Great mod. In OpenMW, you can even hear the sound continue after you walk into interior, which is excellent for immersion!
It does have a minor conflict with Magic Diversity - since that mod makes Lightning spells use the original thunderstorm sounds, now every time you cast a spell there will be a delay before the sound effect is played, just like with the weather. It's a really minor issue though.
