      There are. For skyrim right here on the nexus, for oblivion... A guy directly ported it from lk:defiance, but never uploaded, alas.

      There is an oblivion version but its here in the Morrowind section http://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/37576/? at least there is an oblivion picture and somebody commenting that it does not work with morrowind :-)
