Still the best icon mod out there. Not much comes close.

      I don't think there's an alternative.

    Nice mod.
But, "common_pants_01" has the original icon and the "common_pants_02" has the "common_pants_01's" icon.

I checked the icons and "common_pants_01" uses "tx_pantscom_00", but the mod adds "tx_pants_com01", which is used by "common_pants_02", therefore "tx_pants_com02" is never used.

For some reasons some armor pieces are just a pink box when I see them in a vendors inventory... the item itself has textures but the icon in the inventory is just a glitched pink box. How do I fix this

This is great! Very Vanilla friendly! Using a texture upscale and everything look nice and sharp... except the icons. This fixes it!

I dont have the greatest eyesight and sorting my inventory at a 1920x1080 resolution can be very taxing on my eyes.
This mod cures that issue, and improves the look your icons tenfold.
    Endorsed!

I really want this to work, but for some reason it is not. It should be like anything else, just drop it in, but for some reason I am not getting the new icons. It is very strange. Do I need to do anything, like for instance, change the extensions from .dds to .tga, or put them all in one file, or should it just drop and work? If it should just drop ad work, then why isn't it? does it work with UI Scaling on MGE XE or does it have any known conflicts?

If a pluginless replacer isn't working, that usually means it's being overridden by the game's BSA files. If you use the Morrowind Code Patch, then it can automatically redate those BSAs so they load before any mods you use.

EDIT: Also make sure you've downloaded the Ultimate Icon Replacer v1 file. The other download is just a small patch for Left Gloves Addon users.

Yeah, I think I'm getting an issue with the latest TR build. I didn't go for the left gloves patch, just the regular one. I ran MCP 2.3 and Miox, but still no luck. Not only are these icons not sowing up in the game, but I have "No Smiley" icons on some of my books in the inventory. Its not really that big of a deal. It is probably from either the TR_Data or the pt_data BSA

You have sharp eyes! Were you referring to tx_pants_com01.dds and tx_pants_com02.dds?
