if anyone else has trouble with one of the hairs being misaligned, I was able to fix it by setting translation to x:70.589, y: 14.875, z:-114.3 by opening b_n_pdpdrem_f_hair_21.nif in Nifscope and looking at the NiTriShape block.
It would appear that some people experience crashes when selecting Dremora as their race. This may be caused by one of the following issues:
A crash will occur if you do not have Tribunal and/or Bloodmoon installed as the Playable Dremora uses a RaceCheck script that is broken in the base game. This script is required to add the diary and robes to your inventory but causes a crash if people select the Dremora but don't have Tribunal/Bloodmoon installed.
It may also be caused due to a conflict with another mod (like Goblin Race Mod) that does something with the RaceCheck script. Moving the Playable Dremora to a lower position in the load order (through Morrowind Mod Manager) may fix the issue.
That's strange. For some reason an empty copy ended up in the Oblivion mods section.
Anyways, the Playable Dremora Project was for TES3 Morrowind only (although an Oblivion version does exist; but it wasn't made by our team)

This is a great mod and very interesting, what makes it even better is that it comes with it's own backstory, you start out in a cloak with your journal, the journal is a great read and very lore-friendly. I want to turn the backstory provided by the journal into the main quest for when you play as the dremora. If you're a dremora, why would you care about these stupid mortals and their problems with this Dagoth Ur? You'd rather be trying to redeem yourself to Mehrunes Dagon. In this questline you could also use morality as a theme, ex. you can help the mortals or continue to be considered a demon. In fact part of realism could be that you are treated in similar fashion to vampires.
Basically this is a great mod that can be expanded into something huge, if you like race mods then you have sinned for not having this mod in your load order xD
Thanks for this fun mod. I realize it's really old at this point, but I was wondering if it were possible to add the vanilla dremora faces into this mod? I recently re-installed MW without any head replacers and I'm really digging the original look of everything, including the ancient and wizened looking dremoras. The faces in this mod are really good, but very youthful and bright colored. I tried to look into editing this myself, but my modding skills have clearly met their limits...

No problem, happy to see people enjoying the mod. As to your question I'm sorry but I am no longer working on these mods. We did include one that tried to remain close to the original but with much higher quality.
