Tes3cmd, at least through Wrye Mash, has cleaned the GMSTs while maintaining the two values that are the actual mod. Remember to clean it beforehand! The updated file has 2 GMSTs and 0kb size (486b).

This mod contains evil GMSTs. However, when you go to clean it, MAKE SURE THE TWO ENCHANT CHANCE GMSTS ARE NOT DELETED!!!! These are supposed to be changed by the mod, and if you delete them the mod will not do anything. Delete all of the other GMSTs though.

Use Wrye Mash, also install tes3cmd, and run the cleaner by right-clicking the mod. I've confirmed by the CS that this method leaves the two important GSMs intact (the goal of the mod)

this mod is quite nice. it actually made me realize how low the max enchant was for clothing. i was wondering if you could make a simple mod that just doubles the max amount of enchants that can be put onto clothes and jewelry

I stumbled upon this mod looking for that exact thing, I've found it for staves, daedric gear, and extravagant clothing, but that's it

And now I found the construction set again and am trying to make my own plugin that does this, if I complete it I'll send you a message

    Hey,

    Great mod!
Could you do 100% chance mod?
When I have some chance I still save/load until I succeed so the entire failure system is pointless.
Later Elder Scrolls do not have that 'feature'.

    Thanks!

Man you made enchanting possible like at all. I can admit failing sometimes at doing a potion or casting an spell... but enchanting failed always no matter what (also 7000??? what the hell were the developers thinking?)

When you cleaned the mod, did you delete the GMST change for enchanting? That's supposed to be changed (unlike most GMST changes), so if you removed it the mod won't do anything.
  7. Thanks for this mod! I can now enchant my own items. I had been adding gold via the console so I could have an npc enchant my items, but that felt like cheating. I mean why should an enchantment cost tens of thousands of gold? I can see why they changed enchanting in Oblivion.

Can you make a Mod to have a item's Enchantment capicity to 10000000 or something of that number. I want to be able to add 100 to the all the enchantments.

In regular Morrowind, really the only way to make anything useful is by exploiting alchemy. With such a great magic system and cool things you can do, they broke it by making enchanting impossible through regular gameplay... This fixes that, so its awesome, thanks.

I remember asking myself what I had edited when I saw the asterisk. Sorry about that, and thank you.
