   why does the non region fix main file still require the region fix mod?

   No more ash storms! No more ash storms! Thank god almighty, no more ash storms!!. Players don't give indorsements if they don't SEE results. I have the results. From Seyda Neen to Dagon Fel and Dagoth Ur, I made a image composite showing the results of the Weather Ring [Vvardenfell] set in the Census Office.

   The morning mist is always lovely in Morrowind. I hope this will stop the ash storms [=CTD regularly].
