I downloaded this through vortex and can't seem to get this to work.  I have not seen where to pick what carry weight x to pick.  Am I missing something?  Thanks.

This mod seems to contain a lot of dirty and evil edits. At least that's what Tes3cmd tells me, when I tried cleaning it.

At this point there is an alternative to this mod:
    https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/46428?tab=files&file_id=1000024012

By editing fEncumbranceStrMult (default is 5), you can change your max carry weight via MWSE.

Also, it is very easy to create such .esp, if you have downloaded creation kit:
    1. open creation kit, select Morrowind, Tribunal and Bloodmoon (but don't select them as "active")
    2. at the top of Creation Kit window click Gameplay->Settings...->select Gameplay tab
    3. find fEncumbranceStrMult (its like 3/4 way to the bottom of the list)
    4. change it to whatever you like, but you shouldn't go higher than 10

Not trying to hate on the mod. I just don't think it was cleaned properly.

Hello. So I'm not sure what is going on. At first this mod worked great. I'm not one for running back and forth depo-ing at base. I just wanna play, and loot, without such constant interruptions as a full inventory, so this Mod is Great. However when I first installed it, my carry capacity was 1000. Now after hitting Level 10, it's at 512? I'm not diseased, theres no way that I can figure that I would LOSE the ability to carry 500. Legit, is there a way that I can just adjust this myself? I want a carry capacity of roughly 9999999. Thanks :)

CrimstonHunter your questions arent helpful. As far as I know there isnt a simple cheat you can type into the console. If you know one please share it with us.

How you can change your Encumbrance multiplier:

      In the Construction Set:
      Gameplay > Settings...
It's fEncumbranceStrMult under the Gameplay tab. Default is 5.0000.

Or use this mod but I it seems dirty so maybe clean it before using it. I thought about using it but I think I enjoy the vanilla encumbrance experience afterall, dont forget that the encumbrance mechanic and burden spells are basically useless against you with an high enough multiplier. Also the Feather effect will be even less useful than its in vanilla this way.

I agree however that its annoying when playing with low strength.

Can someone please fix this typo and rename Encumberance in the mod title to Encumbrance? It's hurting my OCD.

Ok so I don't really know how to do this and have just been using the vortex loader. How and or where do you pick which version of this loads?

Download via vortex is fine, but then you still need to install and avtivate the mod. When you install it, Vortex itself will ask whether you want to activate all EPSs (=Plugins). I reccommend you google how to Mod Morrowind, there is a beauty of mods you can discover, if you know how to install them.

Evil GMSTs present! For whichever version of the .esp you choose, make sure to clean it with TESTool or tes3cmd to get rid of errant GMST overwrites.

Otherwise, a good mod! I think the 7.5x is a nice balanced boost to encumbrance.

A must have if you're going for a heavy armor build. My gear alone weighs 120, so using the x10 is the only way to go about this realistically.
