take the second siltrider from sedyna neen its next to the first siltrider you know the one you take to balmora just keep going straight from that one you cant miss it it has balmora type of stairs

well i was thinking of making a questline for the wizard council in the mod. but i need to make custom characters t do that i need to learn about 3d modeling and animation to make things more intresting

no you cant be a battlemage there strictly for the guards. like oblivion you cant join the imperial legion but they are there
