Have just done this quest with the mod installed and this worked fine for me, although I had issues with Raven Rock. You may be able to sort out by fiddling with the Journal in the console.
This mod makes completing the last Raven Rock quest impossible.
After killing Carnius, not Constans Atrius nor Falco will acknowledge this and you will not be able to finish building the estate and ending the questline.
You sure this is from this mod and not another mod causing a conflict? That is unfortunate, I usually download this one along with the other less generic mods.
It's from this mod. The creator incorrectly assigned a check against the wrong queststage on Falco's greeting. They're checking for Stage 40 not Stage 60 which is the death flag. If you go into the toolset and fix the relevant greeting it will work.
If I look after Falco, I find 4 journal check >=40

I have the same problem, unsure if its related to LGNPC but I'm running it also (great mod btw). Killing Carnius gave me the correct journal entry but the rest of the quest dialog was broken. Constans refused to talk saying Carnius wasn't in, despite his corpse being in the next room, and Falco had nothing interesting to say about the attack, but did give me the promotion to Factor when I asked him for a promotion. But then the next step of Raven Rock refused to build, even after waiting multiple weeks and sorting out the first of the Journal entries.
So I've sorted out a fix.
Progress quest as normal and kill Carnius. Make sure you don't accidentally kill Aldam Berendus in the mines as you need him for later.
Return to Falco and ask for a promotion, you should become the Factor.
Possibly wait a few days to confirm its all broken.
Run the below command in the console (~) to complete the quest Journal CO_13 70

Talk to Falco who carries on as normal and gets you to go fetch Aldam.
Aldam is at the bottom of the mine, make sure you get him to follow you out now or you'll have to go back and get him anyway.
Take Aldam to the desired location of your Estate. The locations won't be marked with torches as that build step got missed. You can check the locations on the UESP page.
Wait 3 more days outside Raven Rock and it should progress to the final build completion with your Factors Estate in the right place.
When I had this mod activated it made all "little secrets" say " Does my ass look big?" when clicked on and was accompanied by a audio file of a female saying the same thing. When deactivated "little secret" went back to normal. This is not a joke or a troll.
