    Rather than a surprise can you mention what these rings are for or do ? they will probably be pretty game breaking, right ? 
    Would be nice if you incorporated each into the NPCs of the town as a quest

    I think is meant to be in the Morrowind section, but is showing up in the Oblivion section.
