   Does this up your damage with each weapon as well? Or just the hit percentage?

   well, basically it makes you hit your opponents, without running a "skill-check" each time you swing your weapon/fire an arrow
   
   which in turn removes the nuisance of never being able to hit what is in front of you, unless you have a high skill with that particular weapon

   I have struggled with playing Morrowind for a while now and this should help me.
   I know it has a deeper story & all that, it's hard for me to get use to it since I played Oblivion first.
   This was well needed.
   
   I will try it out ASAP.
