I was wondering if there was a compatible mod, or tweak I could do to just increase the max levels instead of completely uncapping them? Particularly for things like alchemy. I ask cause the cap is useful for generating consistent potions.
FFS all i wanted was a mod that increased the render distance and got rid of the Fog, so why the f*#@ did you have to go Fixing Exploits NO ONE ASKED FOR THIS

The MCP has been available for SEVENTEEN YEARS (judging by your behaviour, it may, in fact, actually be older than you). Are you SERIOUSLY claiming that nobody has ever asked for its many exploit fixes? Perhaps you should consider playing the game WITHOUT exploits, and if you're incapable of doing so, that's on you.
For those that get Menu Error: Memory pointer corrupted. when failing a self enchant, turn off the bug fix "self-enchanting fix" seems to fix the problem. i wonder if it would still happen if they removed the keep open enchanting ui part of the "fix"
edit: just noticed that it is posted in the forum part as well.
i can't find the ''morrowind.exe'' file. I don't know, i can run the game, but the name isn't morrowind.exe and the mod doesn't work and always say it needs to be in morrowind directory, even tho i put it where the game is
the .exe file and the mcpatch folder need to be in the same area as the morrowind.exe file. if you're on steam you can right click morrowind and look for "browse local files"
If you get a MSVCR100.dll error, you need to download and install Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) from this new link instead of the one in the readme.
A bit late to the party, but I just ran into the same issue. Problem for me was, that the mod manager installed the mod into the "Data Files" folder, which seems to be wrong.
Instead, I manually installed MCP directly into the Morrowind folder where the Morrowind.exe is and now it seems to work.
I installed the code patch, ran it, hit apply. Got no errors or anything, it says the patches were applied. But when I go into the game it does Nothing. No changes. I tried a new save too just to see and still nothing.

Edit: Found the fix. Uncheck 'resolution options fix' in the bugs menu of MCP. That'll do it!
