I can only download and install version 2.2 or 2.1. If I try the newest version when I hit open it has a screen pop up and close before I can see what it is. I fi then check my downloads section it has the code patch listed but with an internet explorer icon, and does the same pop up and close. What am I doing wrong? I use manual downloads, not manager mod.
