Each NPC will now acquire a key and an enchanted item the first time they use a voice file. This makes them detectable in a unique way whenever both "Detect Key" and "Detect Enchantment" effects are active. In Morrowind, people whistle, cough, sniff, insult the quality of the local feminine beauty, etc. - all without intervention by the Player. If you're sneaking along, and a hidden NPC uses an Idle voicefile (sneeze?), a custom Detect spell can suddenly become very useful. Affected NPCs will then usually appear on your local map as white circles (tan+blue) if both spell effects are in use. If you have your map pinned, their locations will real-time update - that is, until your spell wears off.
