Here I will post this in 3 sections: A quick review of the ring, the problems I encountered with this mod, and lastly the FIX I found for the problems with this mod. If you just want the FIX, please skip to the last paragraph.

    QUICK REVIEW OF RING:

As for a quick general review of the ring: I like it, it helps me move fast and jump far, makes you invisible against enemies so you can move through the world undisturbed to get from A-to-B. Only slight complaint is that you have to keep unequipping and re-equipping to talk to people as they can't see a 100% chameleon haha. But considering that you cannot get 200 constant Feather in the vanilla game without mods (I've tried, no item has enough enchantment power to even get 100 constant feather), it is really handy.

    ISSUES ENCOUNTERED WITH THIS MOD:

For me, the Azura Ring-and-Star video sequence + Journal Update was triggered upon picking up the ring from Ra'zhirs (or w/e his name is).
BUT I found a fix for this! I will explain the issues the ring caused, below, but if you just want the fix, please skip to the middle paragraph.

This "forwarded" my main questline progress prematurely and made it so that my potential Nerevarine status was public so everyone was suspicious of me and caused quest conflicts. As I was quite early on in the game, this did cause some issues where I couldn't complete other quests (for example:
    a) Wanting to complete the Tribunal Temple questline, they would no longer offer quests because they'd heard "I was trying to declare myself Nerevarine"
    b) Finally when I was doing the main questline in order to "catch up" to this Azura Ring-and-star Journal Entry, and I got to the Urshukas Camp (or w/e they're called) Ashlanders on the northern coast, the dialogue options to get these Ashlanders to trust you and recommend you and involve you, wern't avaliable, therefore couldn't continue on the vanilla main questline" up til this point.
However, the dialogue options for AFTER the Azura Ring-and-Star Journal entry were avaliable. So, I never got to prove myself to the Urshurkas or do the first or second trial, however I could speak to them about passing the Third
Trial. Essentially this mod just makes you SKIP AHEAD in the game and suddenly you can go from Azura Journal Entry onwards.

THE FIX FOR THIS ISSUE IS AS FOLLOWS:

I found out the fix for this is as follows:
Open up the console using tilde key or whichever key is in the top lefthand corner of your keyboard.
    Type command: SetJournalIndex "A2_6_Incarnate" 0
This should delete your "fast-forwarded" quest progress and suddenly you will not be a public Nerevarine anymore, allowing you to complete any prior conflicting questlines (for me, this meant I could do Tribunal Temple quests again as well as progress on the Urshukas Ashlanders camp main questline naturally through their vanilla dialogue).

This is awesome! Works well for me. I only wanted it for the night vision, but the other stuff I'm sure will come in handy. I can stop using it anytime haha.
I didn't encounter any issues with this affecting any future quests. No video sequences or journal updates here. (I just started playing), but maybe it's because I cleaned it? It needed it according to testool. Thanks for the fun toy!

I know this mod hasn't been updated in a long time, but I'd just like to mention for anyone who tries it that it triggers the "found the moon-and-star ring" video sequence and updates your journal. I haven't gotten to that point in my current play-through yet so I can see this as a possible game-breaking problem. It's probably better to wait to use this mod until you've found the moon-and-star ring.

LAZEO, I was under the impression that you do only quality work. Might have been wrong, however. And, by the by, sanctuary doesn't make you resist normal weapons, the effect called "resist normal weapons"(lol) does that. Sanctuary increases the chance that an opponent will miss instead of hitting you. 100 sanctuary is actually the "editor version" god mode, so it's a major game spoiler, spoils the whole fun out of it. You might wanna' try something like 150 - 250 unarmored instead. You still get hit, but the damage is minimal.

    Smiles !
