    It doesn't make it mega low like 13, it just makes it about an average of vanilla damage.

    i gree with you because i used to play7 morrowind and its been a while but the damage for daedric claymores in morrowind the attack where you stand still does i think 1-81 damage whereas in oblivion it does 13 that would WAY upset morrowinds balance balance

    and to anyone who has bloodmoon if you go to the mead hall and look around near the walls until you find a hollow tree stump look into it to and you will find 2 gloves that constant effect fortify sneak and lockpick 20 points each BUT there is also 5 Ebony arrows with an enchantment that does damage health 1000 points for 1-10 seconds which translates into insta-kill arrows (if you hit that is) but there is only five so use them wisely.

    Nearly all of the weapons are weaker I think that is balance.

    Wait wouldn't that upset the game the weapons in morrowind do that damage cos npc's have more health than they do in oblivion

    It make the weapons damage equal like in Oblivion(Comment for too powerful or too weak)
