No, those are Dwemer, the giants called them Dwarves because they where short by comparison. I'm not sure if "short dwarfs" are in TES lore but this is still somrthing I think I'll download.
These aren't actually lore friendly to the elder scrolls lore, as dwarves were basically just hyperinteligent mer in TES; however this is very good for a, say, lord of the rings or common legend Dwarf ^^.
To make a female Dwarf, go through the chargen process. Look at the other races' heads & hair and find a combo you like. Then hit the Dwarf option (female.) It will imprint the last head you looked at. Body will still look male until you put on clothes or armor with a Female version. Looks stunning in Imperial Chain! Westly has some great armors in his Alakazar mod, too. Not exactly a race to parade around nude with, but other than that it works very well!

Actually, as Axier said, dwarves and dwemer are the same thing, lore-wise. Axier was pointing out that if this mod was based off of lore, then the dwarves would be around the size of humans. If you had read the comments before Axier's, you'd have realized that frufru said that he was trying to find a reason for the race to be present in morrowind, and that Axier was basically saying it was present, it just didn't follow lore.

i put the RAR file into my data files folder, but it doesn't show up in the morrowind datafiles menu...
and what is the bb file for?
