   I've been looking everywhere for the latest vampire embrace 2.4 if anyone can upload that, that'd be awesome! (PES link is dead)

   I wish it worked, I have been using VH, VE, and BL, when I installed this I got about 50 errors about not being able to find scripts then a fatel error and MW quits.
   I unselected this mod and all works good.
   I unselected my previous Vampire plugins and installed this one and got the same result when loading MW.
   not sure if it might have to do with I use Selenu Vampires, although this shouldn't matter.
   Oh and this is a fresh install of MW, new computer in last 2 months with only about 10 plugins so far.
   
   Any suggestions?
