I case anyone wonders where the dummy is, you can find one inside the fighters guild in balmora, i dont know if there are more around. The dummy have a health bar and will respawn after some time if killed.
I cannot get mod to work. I have nord house and I even tried replacing practice dummy there with the one from the mod but i can't make any contact with it. Swung a sword at it for 5 minutes and there was no gain in progress.
Solved: My problem was having both files checked at startup. Works fine now.
