The mod starts after defeating Dagoth Ur - you need to have had the interaction with Azura and have collected her ring.
Quest One
Speak with an Imperial Guard.
Speak with a member of the Blades.
Wait a couple of weeks.
Speak with a member of the Blades.
Head to Six Fishes in Ebonheart and speak to Agning.
Head out of the East exit of Ebonheart and look along the shoreline for a cave called Khakurt.
Speak to Jacyinth who's in the first pocket on the left-hand side after entering the cave.
Down the end of the cave, on the left-side, look for an unlit torch. Activate the torch and a secret entrance will activate on the right-hand side end of the cave.
Walk into the secret area and take the Sixth House statue.
Talk to Jacyinth.
Start heading out of Khakurt and talk to the first mini-boss.
Defeat Terois.
Talk to Jacyinth.
Quest Two
Wait a few days.
Head to Maar Gan Outpost.
Talk to Jacyinth.
Head to Tel Aruhn.
Speak to the Trader Ferele in his shop about the factory.
Head to the underground and talk to Mogak.
Speak with Trader Ferele again.
Speak with Rinina in the Living Quarters of the tower.
Speak with Mogak in the underground again.
Head north east to an island, and you'll find a cave called Yazzurat.
Explore the left-hand side of the cave first, and speak with a Dunmer named Vuhon.
Next, explore the other side of the cave, and at the end of the cave kill Dagoth Zura.
Take the Intervention scroll from the area you killed Dagoth Zura and then talk to Vuhon again.
Speak with Jacyinth back in Maar Gan.
Quest Three
Wait a few days.
Go to Redoran Stronghold in Molag Mar.
Speak with Jacyinth.
Head down to the underworks of Molag Mar.
Enter the base there, and clear it out.
If you like, look for a corpse of an Ald-Kena member for the first tie-in with After the Blight.
Kill Dagoth Zohra and grab the book there.
Return to Jacyinth.
Quest Four
Wait roughly a week.
Head to the underworks base in Molag Mar.
As you enter, talk to Dips His Toes. He'll give you travel options. You can talk to him to be transported around to Blades Member's houses, and you can return to the base by talking to the travel guide in the Balmora Guild of Mages.
Speak with Jacyinth - she'll want new members recruited.
Jacyinth will also talk about translating the book you had.
You can skip some of this next part marked with a *, but I've laid it all out for you if you want all of it.
Speak to Edwinna in the Ald-ruhn Guild of Mages.*
Speak to Yagrum Bagarn in Tel Fyr.*
Speak to Divayth Fyr.
Speak to Aredhel in the Tel Branora Lower Tower.
Head to the Suran Slave Market.
Speak to Dranas. The easiest option is to tell him you're a wigmaker which costs 1000 gold (unless you just kill him).
Speak to and free Yakov.
Invite Yakov to join the Blades.
Talk to Jacyinth back at the base.
Quest Five
Speak with Yakov back at the base.
Speak to Hasphat in the Guild of Fighters in Balmora.
Go to the Vivec Telvanni Plaza, into the Hlaren Residence, and rescue Kalorter by killing the guy attacking him.
Speak to Kalorter.
This next part if the first side quest, again marked with *, but I recommend you do this as otherwise you'll be confused later.
Agree to help Kalorter.*
Grab a DIVINE intervention scroll.*
Head to the Ministry of Justice and rescue Ilden right at the end by giving him said scroll.*
Return to Kalorter and recruit him.*
Return to Hasphat in the Fighters Guild in Balmora.
Return to Yakov in the Blades Base.
Head to Red Mountain, into a place called Bthanchend.
Look for Satchel Packs then blow a hole into a new area.
Explore this area a lot. It's not too complicated, but I handmade it myself and I think I did a decent job for someone who never does interiors because they scare me.
At the end, you'll enter the Hall of the Architect, and come face to face with our villain - Dagoth Azaria.
Make sure you have resist paralysis in some form because otherwise she'll destroy you. Keep your distance if you can, but otherwise good luck.
Once she's defeated she'll disappear.
Try and enter the door, and you'll note you can't get past it.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CASTING "MARK" HERE.
Return to Yakov in the base.
Speak to Jacyinth.
Quest Six
Head to Pilgrim's Rest in Molag Mar, have a drink with Vuhon who we rescued earlier. If you're reading this part too late, go back to Yazzurat in Quest Two and rescue him.
Recruit Vuhon.
Speak to Yakov at the base, then Vuhon.
Head to Mzahnch, a Dwemer Ruin to the south-east of Suran.
Speak with Ctulac - he's a dick.
Talk to Vuhon.
Outside of one of the Hlaalu Waistwork doors in the Hlaalu Canton in Vivec, you'll find a Dunmer named Vedran Balen. Speak with him. He's in the vanilla game too, so you can also check UESP to find him.
Recruit Vedran Balen.
Head to the Secret Library in Vivec. To get there, you go into the Hall of Justice in Vivec Temple, then to the Justice Offices, look for a trap door, then enter sneakily without pissing people off.
In the Secret Library, look for a chest to activate. Once activated, you can get out of there quickly.
Speak with Vedran Balen again.
Return to the Blades Base and speak with Kalorter.
Speak with Vedran Balen.
Head to the Tower of Dusk in Ghostgate.
Speak with Vedran outside the door to the Temple of Ghostgate.
Head on in, wait for his signal, then destroy the ordinators.
Take the Ring of St. Meris and speak with Vedran.
Quest Eight
Speak with Ctulac in Mzahnch again.
Kill Ctulac.
Return to Bthanchend, if you followed my advice earlier, use RECALL.
Enter the door that was previous locked.
Destroy the Dwemer Colossus.
Try and enter the final door.
Save your game as it prompts you too. Close down your game. Restart it. The reason we do this is because the boss fight is script heavy and will crash if you've had the game open too long.
Defeat Dagoth Azaria, entering the circles each time you defeat her. In the final area, focus on Azaria as the other guy doesn't need to be killed to progress.
Head back to the Blades Base and speak with Jacyinth.
Head into the South Wing and speak with the woman, who is intended to be Nulfaga.
Give her the tool you retrieved from Azaria.
Speak with Jacyinth.
Speak with Vuhon. His dialogue is intended to reveal that he's actually a power hungry dick, and is intended to be the antagonist you read of in the books set after Morrowind - "Infernal City" and "Lord of Souls".
Speak with Jacyinth. You've completed the mod.
Tie-in with After the Blight
You'll note that Jacyinth mentions in her backstory interacting with a mysterious group called the "Ald-Kena". They are the main antagonists of After the Blight. As you progress that quest and meet the villain, you can speak to Jacyinth about it.
The important part is right at the end of After the Blight, when you retrieve a certain artifact, you can return it to Jacyinth to wrap up that part of her backstory too.
