Here's how I solved my framerate issues without this mod
Specs: i5-3570 w/ 32GB RAM, RX550 4GB, DX12.
I set my graphics options to Mid and then went in and manually set each option from there.
Image Quality: Variable (Prioritize Framerate) Texture Quality: 256 Ambient Occlusion: Off Volume Render Quality: Off Shadow Quality: Low Capsule AO: On Contact Shadows: On Antialiasing: TAA LOD Bias: High Max LOD Level: -1 Foliage Sway: Off Subsurface Scattering: Off Screenspace Reflection: Off Anisotropic Filtering: Highest Water Reflection: On Snow Quality: Mid SH Diffuse Quality: High Dynamic Range: 32-bit Motion Blur: Off DOF (Depth of Field): Off Vignette Effects: Off Z-Prepass: Off I went back a menu, it'll ask to set those options, do it. Then I turned on FidelityFX CAS + Upscaling to stop the aliased textures in the background from refreshing erratically while the camera is stationary. You can leave the sharpness at 0.0 if you prefer it that way.
My in-game avg FPS is ~55; lowest is 48 and highest is 60 (the refresh rate of my TV is 60Hz). For what it's worth, I also play it in Ultrawide (21:9) because 16:9 makes me feel motion sick on my 32" TV.
i might be wrong but reshade can't improve fps, instead might lose the fps. your low setting in game is what help you increase the performance, there is a mod that significant increase the fps. the mod name is "NO EFX" and " Reduce or Remove Bloom " i installed that mod and have decent fps
Hi, so it the reshade and your mod was working on the title screen at 60FPS but when I go and go start game, the reshade seems to deactivate, when I go back to title screen the reshade is gone and my FPS is 20+. Please help want to play the game badly.
10. if the preset goes off as soon as you turn off the reshade window, tick on or toggle the fps/clock/whatever meter on the reshade menu. so your setting will stay, after you close the reshade window, along with that meter.
make sure to tick fps/clock toggle, then. see if it's working
ive got a super beefy laptop everything way above the minimum end even the recommended requirements everything except my gpu an intel hd witch is like 73% or something under the minimum i were able to run the game before but now ! its too fast for me lmao i can even play in full hd at a solid 30 and even 60fps with sum more hacky things
Hi, could you help me with the uninstall? With the new update coming, don't know if there'll be a problem with reshade. I'll wait for an update too, thanks in advance!
