I'd have to second this inquiry. This Armory was by FAR the most useful and user-friendly one that I've used. I'd be willing to donate to help get this updated.
I'm terribly sorry for this problem, and yes it crashes. That's so sad I figured out only now (thanks to a community member who reported it on GitHub) I made a version 0.0.9.6 that works, it's already on GitHub, I will upload it shortly.
Thank you for you comment. I didn't add this information because I though it doesn't really bring value, since the game is informative enough about that.
Do you use builder/ass materials list instead of the game info to know what you have to farm ?
I use it at the start of planning my set, It helps to have a list to refer to when you are dealing with so many items at one time. I also use it to try and micro manage which quests to run, like sometimes Ill need to run a few certain low rank quests to get what I need. Having a list in front of me that shows which low and high rank materials I need usually helps me. But also, I use these programs to plan a set from the start where I might not have any of the materials needed.
I don't really find the wishlist in game to be as helpful as it could be, I would like to save sets not just 5 items only. having to change to build a different armor means I have to save the list elsewhere to remember what I was intending to build. So having it listed with the armor set saved on my pc would help so much.
I've implemented the craft materials. Maybe it's better to iterate with you to get some feedback before publishing a new version and make some changes and new versions just after, based on reviews. Do you use Discord ? If you do, please contact me at Tanuki#3571 Thanks.
In case you are still interested, I implemented the craft materials and made a new version (0.0.9.4). It is already available on GitHub and nexusmods. Let me know if you have questions or requests :)
If you like Athena's ASS, then you take the good decision. Athena's is a great tool and I used it during so many years before I start to make my own. With Armory I just want to propose a possible alternative, nothing more. I do not have the ambition to replace others, that would just be dumb.
Glad, last dev of "tool" yelled at me for comment like that :3
I would love if you could add way to add "custom" armor parts. It would help with locking some decorations in armor part, so I could "plan" set that can be altered mid quest, my setlist is full and I need to make some workovers like that. Also that would help with any modded armor I like to have fun with sometimes.
i think what you need to do is improve the ability to remove armor sets/pieces from the search. ASS has a simple dropdown; you have to dig through the Advanced Search on your version.
There is the "Equipment override" window that gives quite fine-grained control over what you want to use and not, in term or armor pieces. Also importing from save here comes in handy. What dropdown in Athena's are you referring to ?

Very helpful tool!
if so?that would help a lot!
this tool has the most friendly UI and is so much useful
I've been using it for only 2 days and I love the UI and the ability to "ban" some armor pieces !
No more Bazel headgear !!
Thanks ! And I hope you'll continue and update it when Iceborn will be released on PC.
This is the error log : https://pastebin.com/N5YVhU8Y

Again, really sorry for the troubles.

The best I can recommend you in the meantime is to follow Armory on Twitter so you will be informed of next updates.

If it's a good idea that could benefit to others as well, it may be worth working on it.
