I was going to add that feature but ultimately decided against it since many people will be doing new runs of the game and it will either make the charms stronger than I intend, or make them useless until the talons are obtained. Either way I decided against it, ill make a special version with the talon changes instead but I can't guarantee ill keep it updated.
