hey this isnt working for me, it keeps saying invalid DXGI call even tho i renamed the folder properly and put the modified amd file in it. what am i doing wrong here? i installed 6.0 of reshade into the game files, its not working for me.
You mentioned a folder, sounds like you did something wrong there, try following the installation guide again and maybe use steam to verify your files.
im using a 4070ti so i doubt its that. ive been on driver 537.58 for months now due to anything after having horrible gamebreaking bugs for lots of people, is it maybe something with the rename? i went in my folder and renamed dxgi.dll to ReShade.dll and thats when i get "invalid dxgi call" upon launching the game. is the folder supposed to be called ReShade specifically? ive seen some people say its actually supposed to be reshade64 or just reshade with no caps, but i didnt try that. does capitalization matter? cuz i copied it exactly from your description...
Can't help you with reshade but if your nvidia drivers are giving you trouble try switching over to Studio drivers instead of the Game Ready branch. For me game ready has been nigh unusuable going on two years now, studio drivers are much more stable because they don't have to constantly chase new releases.
