HR-8 A Wound and a Thirst (main story quest to slay Nergigante), the quest rewards are still 1x. Everything was fine up until this quest, sorry I can't double check since I don't backup my saves & it's a main story quest.
Can you add a config so i can adjust the droprates? Cuz nerg's quest doesnt get items doubled, not sure if its just that one, but it only gave me one of the items
so its not as easy as just dropping a config, u have to go in with monster hunter world editor, and find the quest within 1000+ files and manually change it
Would this work with the Permanent Event Quest mods that makes it so they are into the Optional tab? If not, what should I edit from those files if want to do it by myself?

so my mod only changes the amount, both of those mods look like it adjusts the drop rates, but it also depends on the file it replaces, so its possible these mods would set the amount back to base from my increased amount

I do have a question though, is it possible to make one that would work on the "special rewards" and "Bonus rewards" as well? Bonus being from the missions, and specials from the other modes, like expedition where it says special rewards. Or even one for investigations?
its something i could look into , id just have to do a lot of exploring with the files to see what is what, as the .rem files are quest related which include the small one like hunt so many monsters and such
So wanted to test this with a Event Quest, "Floral Frostbite " didn't work for these rewards which should of included decorations and everything else there when I used the 2x however when I used the base one it worked fine
i did manage to find the quest file, so the decoration drop rate is 20%, i don't adjust those values, the base mod i had the decoration drops set at 5, so u could technically get anywhere from 5-10 faystones depending on your luck, the 2x ver sets it to a flat 2, so its gunna be a lot lower drop amount
