You must've done something wrong then, try deleting the files and reinstalling, make sure you do not overwriting old mod files because it can cause issues sometimes
Does the weapon you are using have a Legiana/Shrieking Legiana upgrade tree? If it does not have an upgrade tree for a specific monster than you will not be able to layer on those parts. For example Insect Glaive does not have a Legiana upgrade tree thus I cannot layer Legiana parts onto it, but Sword & Shield does have a Legiana upgrade tree and I can layer Legiana parts onto it.
Yes, I'm trying to layer the shrieking Legiana to a Lance / GL, but can't find it. Though I do see the parts for the normal Legiana, just not the shrieking Legiana.
Most likely you cant layer Shrieking Legiana parts then as it only has the unique form, the file that changes these things have every possible item set to be unlocked and free so every layered weapon/part should be covered. Unfortunately the wiki does not provide useful information regarding what layered weapons parts are available so its hard to confirm.
Should not be this mod, It has always worked fine ever since I've made it and none of the updates broke it. Please try checking any other mods that could be causing it and if there are none try cleanly uninstalling and reinstalling this mod. If none of that still works try updating to the latest version of the game.
Sorry for late reply, Holidays were busy. Fatalis and Alatreon layered weapons do not show up until you first obtain a physical version of the weapon. Unfortunately there is not a way to change this trigger as its hard coded into the game, just like how the layered weapons are locked behind the guiding lands.
Installed per instructed and I opened all areas of Guiding lands and yet it still is not working, my other mods are working fine so I am not sure what is wrong.

note, at first layered weapons mentioned beotodus, tobi kadachi and pukei-pukei
but after i put it in nativepc, its gone. so not only does it not add the layered weapons, it even REMOVES it. how does this happen????
UPD. It was a mod conflict.
