1. Don't use MHW.SAVE.EDITOR for edit the save 2. Don't use MHWSavetransfert for edit the save too 3. In main tittle go in option and put all option by default
U can use only MHWApparenceEditor for change ur Name, Gender, Palico name and other change u want.
If u use something other than the game gonna crash after quest.
ty, this is the only save that has actually worked for me. Thought i was doing something wrong but all other saves are mostly corrupt. controls were different from mine but thats an easy fix
i did everything correctly then i launched the game and it says failed to load data create a new save data and if i press no it just keeps saying it and i have to press it or it wont go away but if i do it deletes your save. this prob corrupted or something.
nvm sorry allg its working now thank you. but if i wanted to start a new save do i do the same steps for a new save from nexus cause imma do 2 nexus saves then start my own brand new one from lvl 1. and if i do would i lose your save on mine?
Game freeze everytime after quest finish. I have no mods or any thing else installed, every work fine until quest end and I’m stuck in freeze, pls help
if the error was comming from my mod you would have an error message at the loading of game not after a quest. are you sure you dont have another broken mod ?
nope, I spent 2 hours checking everything and made sure there was no mod, I even used a mod detector. reinstall the game. your save file works fine until the end of the quest. I even made there different save files to make sure nothing was wrong with my PC. is it possible there are some items or DLC stuff? because I didn't buy any DLC except ice borne and base game
Nope, but I think I pin pointed the issue, after spent 5 days trying to get this corrected. Your file work ONLY if nothing is changed on the file. I did a quest after everytime I changed something and have back up. And I did this for every variable. And I spent 4-5 hours tested different results and hypothesis.
So what I found: Don’t change into any event layered armor, Don’t change character and palico name, Don’t change appearance especially facial features and Don’t go into “your home”, Don’t change the guild card. These are some of thing I found I did that cause the freeze, especially going online. Don’t use character/palico edit vouchers. so just don’t do these “Don’t” then it works.
Without doing any of these your file works perfectly, but kinda defeats the point cuz I can’t change my name or appearance. I tried to change name with appearance editor, Fling editor, and even cheat table, all result in freeze or bug. However, I still appreciate it.
I don’t think it’s your fault tho, it’s probably the new patch and current event, going online with different name and stuff can run into issue with verification and stuff like that.
i have tried again with changing the name of cat and hunter cosmetic but the game didnt crashed for me . what is your game version ? and at wich point of the ending the quest crash ?
Does this mod include all the rare pets? I just want to use it to get the last few achievements. I'm tired of waiting hours for something to spawn at night.
i dont use a single mod for monster hunter and i just wanted a save file so i didnt have work through again like i did from Playsttion but every time i finish a quest it just freezes? what could be the possible cause?

When the quest is over, the game stops at the reward.

my mod is just a save file it cant modify game value or anything its probably another mod that is doing that
