No, they won't. They would see your weapon as-is, but if they paid really close attention and saw you hitting hitzones you should bounce off of without Mind's Eye active, they might eventually put 2+2 together to realize you are modding.
Either way, good change, OP. So many weapons struggle to see the light of day with World's insane power creep.
