The way sounds work in Monster Hunter World is they're all grouped together in a pack of similar sounds.
In order to change one sound you have to overwrite the entire pack, which means you have to include every sound you don't want to replace in your mod file.
What he said. The only way to remove the needless bloat is to replace every sound file with blank space or replace everything with the modded stuff since that usually reduces the file size. However doing this can cause other issues since I don't know what all these sound files are used for.
EDIT: Forgot to include that the Shadow Realm lines are smaller than the original sound files. EDIT 2: Did the math and Jimbo is smaller by 5 mbs.
Fatalis update changed nativePC loading. It now loads all filetypes in nativePC and we don't need the loader anymore. You only need the loader for custom quests (not quest replacers), custom monsters (not replacers), or plugins.
