Tried different steps to re-add Seliana Housekeeper back, I eventually did the following to make it work:
Go outside Your Room
Open the tool and select Seliana Suite in the bottom window
Remove Housekeeper(Seliana) from the bottom window
Save in the bottom window
Add Housekeeper(Seliana) back into the bottom window
Save in the bottom window
Select Housekeeper(Seliana) in the NPC field and Seliana Suite in the Room field in the top window, it should also show Copy: 000.
I didn't mess with the coordinates, but use the following if you forgot the default coordinates: X 938,6478 Y 2853,375 Z 615,3636 for position; X 0 Y -111,1489 Z 0 for rotation.
Select Housekeeper(Seliana) [110016] in the Animation field.
Save in the top window
Check inside Your Room
That should do it. The Housekeeper will return to his usual behavior when entering Your Room, by scurrying off below the stairs to the side of the Item Box.
My HouseKeeper vanishes the moment I use this mod I can only get him back by deleting the VIllage folder and reseting it all but the moment I try to use this mod in anyway it just makes him vanhish.
even removing the files and the npcs are still broken... so basically the housekeeper for both astera and seliana are gone, handler is gone in seliana, and all seliana hub npcs are gone too. i've tried everything to get them back but to no avail. any help?
Seliana's NPC tool is borderline bugged, the npcs will not appear at all and the housekeeper, no matter, will vanish how you coordinate it will still vanish and not appear
To those who are having struggles, all you need to do is use the gathering hub 24/7 to even make it work or appear
It still works for me. You just have to add the NPC to your room first and after that you have to adjust their positions / coordinats.
For Seliana Suite, if the Housekeeper is gone, try position "X 965, Y 2856, Z 430" (it should be near your box then, after that you can adjust it further more, if you want too)
You have to do that with every NPC to give them a position, if they are not there, try "X 0, Y ~2850, Z 0" and you will probably see them somewhere in the room I would suppose and then you can adjust their position to somewhere you like and could give them a Animation from like Handler so they sit etc.

I added some pictures with coords, for some funny NPC-Positions I made up myself. ^^
Installed all the necessary mods. But no NPC will appeare. The only thing is tat the Houskeeper disappeare!
