Unfortunately this seems to be a limitation of the character model. When the hunter stands still, their head is turned to the left, causing the right side of the hair to interact with their shoulder. The Handler doesn't do this, though, which is why you wouldn't see it with her. Since that hair was made for her, and not the player, Capcom's developers wouldn't have accounted for that specific physics interaction.
Sorry to bother, would you know how to alter the manual files to apply it to another hairstyle? I managed to move it to 129 but I dont know what to rename the TEX files to carry them. Comes out looking blanched and jaggy.

Found the answer digging around your other hair mods; Had to leave the TEX files in their old folder for 110 and rename then move the others to another folder for the new 129. Just a footnote for anyone trying the same.
used mod manager to download, and is not working (black shapes on head, not hair, looks like early stage of the work?). is it possible to have a fix? the hair looks so good, the best one I have seen so far, really do wanna use it.
Would be so cool if it worked like it should :/ Probably the best hair design but the physics just dont work, like that long barioth hair mod the hair acts weird and that kills the immersion. I have tried both versions but same sort of thing. One "hair lock" or what ever you want to call it stick out alot further than the other side and you move around etc but it still is there. Almost like it runs a wire inside the rightside lock that makes it work. But the look is great and would be top notch if it did not have those problems :p
I did a few searches and couldn't find it. The alternate versions were for Handler, but I ended up liking the hairstyle and using it myself anyway.
I think thre's a big problem with how many mods don't show up in search results because people don't realize the search seems to rely heavily on the mod title. So a lot of mods have vague names that will never show up. I remember trying to search by description and it couldn't be done.
