Convert high rarity wyverian tickets to multiple lower rarity wyverian tickets from the Elder Melder. Helps cut down on time spent farming in High/Low Rank.

Adds an option in the Elder Melder for crafting Steel, Silver, or Gold Wyverian Prints from those of higher tier, with equivalent exchange rates. Ideally, should heavily expedite the acquisition of the rarer low and high rank materials when playing casually.
