This mod balances slicing ammo around end game master rank armors and HBG in order to make slicing ammo viable but not over tuned. Slicing ammo seems to have been in a terrible spot since patch 1.05 way back when, and now it's time to show slicing ammo so love! CUT! CUT! CUT!

Changes to Slicing Ammo
The overall goal of this mod was to enable slicing ammo to deal sufficient damage so that you would not have to restock 3 times in a solo hunt and have hunts be able to be completed in less than 14 mins consistently. Ideally I did not want slicing ammo to surpass nor match spread or pierce in terms of damage as it doesn't seem fair to me. Spread and Pierce ammo reward you for risky play and good positioning. Slicing ammo allows you to play more comfortably at the expense of SOME damage, but it should still be usable.
I can't post a video now but I will eventually. I was able to complete a tempered teostra hunt in the guiding lands solo going through all 64 bullets + extra spare shots from fatalis armor and about 20-30 rounds of normal 3 ammo which is about 30K hp worth of damage. Of course I missed shots here and there and some shots were not on ideal spots. I did not time the hunt, however it was nice to not have to restock at all during the fight. Below is the build I ran which boasts a true raw of 386 (2x ATK Augment) with no buffs/agitator/PP and a true raw of 461 with buffs/agitator/PP. (I use might seed not Might pill)
(HBG Mods are 2 recoil down 3 reload assist)
Playing in multiplayer will likely require you to restock on ammo at least once unless you group goes ham, and when running fortify or heroics, or both, you can get some nutty speed run times off this ammo type. (not that they are eligible for submission)
Overall this mod is meant to make slicing ammo enjoyable and fun to use while not over tuning the hell out of it. Enjoy! (feedback is welcome)
- Motion Value changed from 5*6 to 7*10 (30 -> 70)
- 8 frame delay between ticks from 12 (hence the 7 hits of slice rather than 5)
