Make Fatalis fight more rewarding because it is high-risk low reward in my opinion

Changed the chances and quantities for most all Fatalis drops. Notably increased chance for wings and eyes and quadrupled the quantity of every Fatalis mats. The chances are not being generated by complex algorithms that suit the need curve of players, they are generated by my tiny brain. But with quadruple drops, there really shouldn't be an issue with obtaining a good amount of any particular mats.
Fatalis in my opinion should be a one and done fight. No one should be made to fight that monster multiple times. Let along extensive grinding since most all weapon/armours are essentially best in slot. There are mods that aim to reduce the difficulty of the fight, I decided to retain the difficulty while also increase the reward so no one had to grind 20+ minutes to get 5 shards
